The rolled Pancetta is obtained from the trimmed pork belly, it is salted and then rolled, in this way the fatty part is taken outside and it obtains a soft product with a tasty taste. 
 The purchase is of nr. 1 pc of rolled bacon is equivalent to the purchase of 1/5 of a whole rolled bacon (a slice) the weight can vary between 250 and 350 gr depending on the size, seasoning and the "hand of pork butcher". The craftsmanship of our products does not provide for automation and industrialization of the processes, therefore there may be small differences in weight compared to those indicated.
