The stretched bacon is obtained from the pork belly, to which the rind is left, pickled, squared and trimmed. At the end of the seasoning, a product with a delicate taste is obtained thanks to the perfect balance between fat and lean. 
 The purchase is of nr. 1 pc of stretched bacon is equivalent to the purchase of a portion of the whole stretched bacon (a slice), the weight can vary between 250 and 350 gr depending on the size, seasoning and "hand of pork". The craftsmanship of our products does not provide for automation and industrialization of the processes, therefore there may be small differences in weight compared to those indicated.
