Umbrian salami - about 550 gr
The Umbrian salami is one of the typical Umbrian typical products, it is obtained by grinding mainly shoulder in pulp and pork belly. Stuffed on natural casing (bovine straight) and seasoned for 45 days at controlled humidity and temperature. Inside you will find the scent of peppercorns and not, and of the garlic used for the brine with which the meat is seasoned.
The purchase is of nr. 1 Salami, the weight of the salami can vary between 550 and 650 gr depending on the size, seasoning and the "hand of pork butcher". The craftsmanship of our products does not provide for automation and industrialization of the processes, therefore there may be small differences in weight compared to those indicated.
