Two hectares of oak forest where our pigs are raised in the wild. Antibiotic treatments are not carried out, the tail is not cut and a different philosophy is adopted also as regards the castration of the males, which is preferred to avoid in order not to weaken, than living wild and exposed to predators (wolves and foxes), they must be able to better resist bad weather and to defend themselves and the pack against possible attacks. They feed on the undergrowth and acorns to which we add the waste products from our garden and mixed flours from local farmers. From these pigs we produce and mature salami, dried sausages, capocolli, lombetti, stretched and rolled pancetta, hams. All products can be purchased in our shop, the proposed sizes have been calibrated for family use, you can ask us for different sizes, the kg indicated may vary depending on the size and seasoning.
