The property has three olive grove plants (about 1500 plants), of different eras and of different types, which allow the production of an excellent Multicultivar Extra Virgin Olive Oil (70% moraiolo, 15% frantoiano, 15% leccino). The olive harvest takes place between October and November and is milled day by day to ensure the highest quality of the product by cold extraction in a mill located about ten km from the property.
