Lombetto is a typical Umbrian product   made from boneless, salted and spiced pork loin. The taste is very delicate and there is a slight hint of garlic with which it was seasoned before seasoning 
 The purchase is of nr. 1 pc of loin is equivalent to the purchase of 1/3 of a whole loin (a slice) the weight can vary between 450 and 550 gr depending on the size, seasoning and the "hand of pork butcher". The craftsmanship of our products does not provide for automation and industrialization of the processes, therefore there may be small differences in weight compared to those indicated.
