Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for about 22 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aging in steel for about 20 months and a further 4 months in the bottle.
Tasting: Bright ruby red in color, it opens with hints of blackberry and sour cherries, to then offer more evolved aromas of chocolate and aromatic herbs. Dry, soft, excellent tannins, good balance and elegant drink.
Pairing: Perfect with a grilled meat or medium-aged cheeses.
