Dried sausage is a product obtained by grinding shoulder and pork belly. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and spices, stuffed in natural casing (pork casing) and left to mature for about 30 days.
The purchase is of nr. 1 pc is equivalent to the purchase of nr. 10 dried sausages the weight can vary between 450 and 550 gr depending on the size, seasoning and the "hand of the pork butcher". The craftsmanship of our products does not provide for automation and industrialization of the processes, therefore there may be small differences in weight compared to those indicated.
